An inspection form created to perform general WDI and WDO inspections for existing residential or commercial structures.

The SmartPest Non-Real Estate termite inspection has been designed for use by PCOs in non-real estate environments.

The form contains no reference to buyers or sellers and is modeled after the NPMA-33 WDI Inspection report.

The form contains a WDO attachment, graph page, photos, and Addendum.

This form can also be used for annual renewal inspections.
