SmartPest is scalable from 1 to 999 users. Each customer is installed on a dedicated Server in a state-of-the-art Tier-1 datacenter. The entire SmartPest Paperless Office Suite is offered for an all-inclusive monthly subscription fee of $109 per user up to 10 concurrent connections ($99 for 10 or more). Concurrent pricing means you only pay for the total number of employees you wish to have connected at any one time. Each employee gains access to the SmartPest Server with a unique password. We offer two levels of access, Office and Field User. Field Users have the ability to view their schedules, record chemical usage, process credit cards and view customer history. They also have the ability to add new clients, schedule service, create bids and perform inspections (complete with graphs and photos) to deliver onsite.

New Image support personnel will configure your server to include backups that run periodically throughout the day in the datacenter. For an additional fee we will configure a cloud based and/or local daily backup to a computer in your office. Server maintenance is the responsibility of New Image. In the unlikely event of hardware failure, New Image will provide a same day replacement at no charge to the client.

Each PC or Mac client will install a copy of FileMaker Pro during the setup process. iOS device users must install the latest version of FM Go available free of charge at the Apple App Store. Field users can use an iPad, iPad Mini, iPhone, Windows Tablet or laptop. Internet connection required.

New Image will provide each subscriber with a unique dedicated customer DNS address for Server access. This address will allow office and fields users to securely access their SmartPest Paperless Office server. In addition to the customer DNS address, each user will receive a password that can be modified at any time by the subscriber’s Administrator. To add new concurrent users contact New Image support during normal business hours.

SmartPest requires NO LONG TERM CONTRACT. A $199 one-time setup charge and the first three months subscription fees is your total committment. At the end of 90 days we will automatically process your payment each subsequent month unless canceled in writing 10 days prior to the renewal date. Users are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failure to provide a valid payment may result in subscription suspension.

QuickBooks Plug-in - $299 With this Plug-in SmartPest synchronizes with QuickBooks®. With the click of a button (located on the right hand control panel) users can synchronize any customer record, invoice, service ticket, or payment. Works with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Contractor and Enterprise. Also works with QuickBooks Online.  A separate plug-in is required for each user desiring to synch with QuickBooks.

CrashPlan Local Data Backup $150 -- New Image offers CrashPlan configuration which will automatically place an encrypted daily copy of SmartPest files from the server to any computer in your office. There are no additional charges because the data will reside on your computer. Most of our subscribers also elect to subscribe to a CrashPlan Cloud storage service. For only $10 per month CrashPlan will provide a secondary backup of your files to the Cloud or an external hard drive in your office on a continuous basis.
